Hello and welcome to Mr Mason's beautiful blog!

This is a resource for students of GCSE English Literature Poetry. Why not set up your own blog and post responses to the activities you find here? You could even style your page in a theme relating to the poems. I'm really interested in hearing what you think about the poetry we are studying. Come on, it'll be a fab resource for revision in the summer! I'll visit your blog, leaving a comment about stuff you've posted too.

Planning your poetry answer....

Over the last two lessons we have examined how to plan an exam answer. These detailed responses are exactly the kind of resource you need to revise from in the weeks before the final exam. Take care of them!

Your new Literature teacher will expect you to be able to organise your folders and resources. Bearing this is mind, think about what you've learned in relation to planning answers. Post any ideas on your blog.

A new year - welcome back!

There are some fantastic new resources to visit on Mr Duggan's blog, each one directly related to your literature exam.

Today's lesson is about getting yourself up to date with annotation in your anthology and then moving on to a new poem. Make a new post about any poem you have not discussed yet on your own blog. Look carefully at each set of activities before beginning your response!

Remember these notes will aid your revision for the final exam.
